Анотація
У статті здійснено огляд моделей часткової економічної рівноваги, що можуть бути використані при оцінюванні перспектив розвитку сільськогосподарського сектору. Взаємообумовлений вплив економічних, екологічних та соціальних факторів вимагає комплексного підходу, що дозволить врахувати рівень взаємозв’язків між складовими інтегрального індексу. Проведений аналіз наукових публікацій дозволив систематизувати та логічно ув’язати основні концептуальні положення рекурсивно-динамічних моделей FEEM SI, RAIN, AGMEMOD, RASMU, AGLINK-COSIMO. Визначено та систематизовано за окремими моделями перелік індикаторів, елементів, принципів та ендогенних факторів. Обґрунтування вибору моделі для визначення майбутніх тенденцій як для окремих показників сталого розвитку, так і для інтегрального індексу, потребує аналізу їх можливостей, переваг та недоліків для подальшого використання в науковому дослідженні.
The article deals with the models of partial economic equilibrium that can be used for assessing the prospects of agricultural sector. The interrelated influence of economic, environmental and social factors requires a comprehensive approach that takes into account the level of relationships between the components of the integrated index. It is established that there is no consensus on the application of consolidated indicators with regard to such disadvantages as subjective judgment about the importance of their individual components, the choice of aggregation methods and the probability of obtaining different interpretation results depending on the choice of rationing procedure.Presenting indicators in a systematic way allows to establish relationships between variables and simplifies the perception of information. The analysis of scientific publications allowed to systematize and logically link the main conceptual frameworks of recursive-dynamic models FEEM SI, RAIN, AGMEMOD, RASMU, AGLINK-COSIMO. The list of indicators, elements, principles and endogenous factors is determined and systematized according to outlined models. Substantiation of the choice of model for the study of future trends for both individual indicators of sustainable development and for the integrated index requires an analysis of their capabilities, advantages and disadvantages for further application for research. The models of partial equilibrium allow to estimate the possibilities of forecasting a wide range of partial and integrated indicators of sustainable development in agricultural sector, based on the market situation and related parameters such as market prices, production, consumption, imports, exports, yields and crops area. Measurement and forecast of sustainability indicators requires the generalization of a significant amount of data, accompanied by the development of integrated indicators with subsequent normalization of data and weighing criteria, modeling scenarios based on a set of econometric equations and defining accurate target indicators. A significant obstacle in the application of partial equilibrium models and the construction of integrated indices is the lack of retrospective data and additional loss of time to obtain it and justify the choosing the list of indicators for the model. Further prospects for the study are related to the selection, testing and identification of barriers to the application of models in order to scientifically substantiate scenarios for providing effective solutions.
