У дослідженні аналізуються різноманітні аспекти змісту закону. Особлива увага приділяється цілям автора закону. Також розглядаються проблеми авторства та часу прийняття закону. Головна увага приділяється історичному контексту закону. The article is devoted the law of the Hannibalic War time, namely lex Cincia de donis et muneribus 204 B. C. The article contains the short review of historiography. Its devoted to various aspects of the content of the law. The special attention is given to the purposes by authors of the law. The problem of authorship and time of pass of lex lex Cincia is examines in the article too. The basic attention is payed to the historical context of the law.ru_RU
